Mason Ramsey To Release New Song And Make Return.

For the first time in four years, Mason Ramsey will release his new song, “Reasons to Come Home,” through Atlantic Records on June 30.

The 16-year-old singer, unsurprisingly, became famous when a video of him that took the internet by storm yodeling at Walmart went viral; he has been hinting at his comeback for a few weeks and has now dropped his new tune, “Reasons to Come Home.

“The song “Reasons to Come Home,” written by Mason, Rob Pennington, and Jeff Middleton, will be published on June 30. Aaron Eshuis produced the song. Mason has not released any new music since his Twang EP in 2019.

His next album, “Reasons to Come Home,” is expected to be published later this fall. “Reasons to Come Home” is one of its songs. The song was co-written by Ramsey, Rob Pennington, and Jeff Middleton and honors the 16-year-old country singer’s hometown and his grandparents’ love.

“‘Reasons To Come Home’ is an exceptional song to me,” the adolescent stated in a statement obtained by the site. It’s all about my incredible grandparents, who reared me and are the only people I have in common with my Golconda, Illinois, hometown.

Finally, the wait is over. This week, Ramsey shared the news and a sneak peek of the new song on Instagram.

Things are going well for the singer, and it was anticipated that the track would be a smash as many fans feel thrilled and contributed comments to his post showering love and support for the release of the single. The fans seem excited about the release of the new song of their viral internet star.

Ramsey, also known as Walmart Yodelling Kid, achieved his first measure of notoriety at 11 after his yodeling performance of Hank Williams Sr.’s “Lovesick Blues” went viral in the middle of the retail giant that year.

Ramsey recorded two EPs after becoming an internet phenomenon, Famous, and Twang, which came out in 2018 and 2019, respectively. He explained why this album is significant to him and why it took him years to create it, according to his statement.

It all comes down to my incredible grandparents, who reared me and are the only people I have in common with in Golconda, Illinois.

The song is a love letter to Golconda and all the things I cherish there and a sad acknowledgment that, tragically, without my grandparents, I won’t have any reason to revisit Golconda.
