The first trailer for a bizarre cooking competition Is It Cake, Too Season 2, like edible art, is here! Is It Cake? The concept is all in the title, but the series’ execution makes it beautiful.
The show may sound as stupid as dirt, with hyper-realistic cake makers competing to mislead people into thinking their cakes are genuine goods, yet the series is pure magic.
Is It Cake, Too? appears to be gearing up for a terrific season 2 on Netflix, with a few new aspects and much more of Mikey Day knowing nothing about cake.
The official trailer for season 2 of Is It Cake? was revealed by Netflix yesterday, with a release date scheduled for the 30th of this month.

In the trailer, host Mikey Day asks, “Is it cake?” as he digs into a series of these delicious lookalikes, which range from a leather boot to a metal safe packed with cash.
Each week, bakers work desperately to create sculptural confections that are supposed to fool the judges, who include Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause, Chloe Fineman, Joel Kim Booster, and the D’Amelio family.
Every viewer will ask the titular question after seeing these trompe l’oeil cakes or cakes that duplicate ordinary things like a water cooler or kettlebell.
The show has increased the ante this season, with ten bakers from throughout the country competing for a $100,000 grand prize.
However, this time around, players will face elimination at the end of every episode. The trailer shows chaos growing in the kitchen, such as a fire lighting atop one contestant’s work.
“What am I doing if I can’t win this?” Marek worries in the trailer. The larger ultimate reward sweetens the pot. “I’ve got to put everything into this,” Allen says, “because I want that money.”
Day teases, “Season two is completely insane,” as he breaks into several fake cakes and their genuine equivalents before the camera pans to a film of the presenter biting his microphone.
