Cruel Summer Season 2 is finally ready to premiere worldwide on Hulu and Freeform, The teen drama anthology will be based on two friends Megan and Isabella. As this is an anthology series we will get a whole new set of cast and characters in the new season.

The new season of the teen anthology series will start on June 5, 2023, on Freeform and if you want to stream it online the episodes will be available on Hulu after TV release. Although the episodes are scheduled to release every week it’s two episodes will release same day June 5th, after that each episode will release every Monday.

Sadie Stanley as Megan Landry
American actress Sadie Stanley will play the lead character of Megan Landry, who is a computer coder from a very affluent family.
Sadie started her career with Kim Possible then she has been seen in movies and shows like Room 104, The Sleepover, Game Shakers, Dead to Me, PEN15, and Robot Chicken.
Lexi Underwood as Isabella LaRue
Lexi Underwood will play the role of Isabella LaRue, who is the daughter of diplomats and will join Megan’s school as a foreign exchange student and will stay at Megan’s house for one year.
Lexi Underwood is best known for her role in Netflix’s Sneakerella, although she has worked on series like The First Lady, Just Beyond, Criminal Minds, Family Reunion, and The Good Doctor.
Griffin Gluck as Luke Chambers
American actor Griffin Gluck is famous for his roles in the films like Tall Girl 1 and Tall Girl 2, and Netflis’s Locke & Key, and various other series and films. In Cruel Summer Season 2 he will play the role of Luke Chambers who is the best friend of Megan Landry.

Season 2 of the show was announced on June 15, 2021. And the show will release on 5th June 2023, But before that whole cast of Cruel Summer Season 2 met the cast of Season 1, on the premiere of the new season at Grace E. Simons Lodge on Wednesday night (May 31) in Los Angeles. As per Just Jared Jessica Biel and Beverley Mitchell had also attended the premiere.

As per the official description of the show Megan Landry will meet Isabella LaRue and will start cracking the things which will happen around her. As the official synopsis of the show says:
Set in an idyllic waterfront town in the Pacific Northwest, the second chapter follows the rise and fall of an intense teenage friendship. Approaching the story from three different timelines surrounding Y2K, the season twists and turns as it tracks the early friendship between Megan, Isabella, and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed, and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.
