Gene Stupnitsky has directed the upcoming American coming-of-age s*x comedy movie ‘No Hard Feelings’. The plot of film is set in Montauk of New York and revolves around an Uber driver facing bankruptcy.
Her name is Maddie and after that, she becomes compelled to accept an unusual Craigslist posting. Her new employers have an academically gifted teenage son who is socially clueless and extremely indifferent when it comes to human interaction.
He is not even interested in dating women and having s*x, something that is not at all common for people of his age. Maddie gets appointed to become the “girlfriend” of their son and tempts him to join adult life.
In exchange, she will get a Buick Regal. The title of the film carries a double meaning indicating the teenage son Percy’s impotency.

When Is ‘No Hard Feelings’ Releasing?
The news of No Hard Feelings film was first announced in October of 2021 as Sonny won the rights to the movie over Apple, Universal Pictures, and Netflix.
Jennifer Lawrence got involved with the project at the time of the first announcement in the role of producer and female lead. Andrew Barth Feldman joined the cast as the male lead in September of 2022.
Other cast members joined in the following months. Principal filming began in late September that year.
The official trailer was released on YouTube on March 9, 2023. The film is set to be released by Sony Pictures Releasing on 23rd June of 2023.

Jennifer Lawrence-
In the role of Maddie, we will see widely popular and Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence. She gained her first Academy Award nomination under the category of Best Actress for the 2010 movie ‘Winter’s Bone‘.
Then in 2013, she won in that category for her performance in the 2012 romantic comedy-drama ‘Silver Linings Playbook‘.
Lawrence got two more Academy Award nominations as Best Actress for the 2013 movie ‘American Hustle’ and the 2015 movie ‘Joy’.

Andrew Barth Feldman-
As the male lead Percy we will see American actor and singer Andrew Barth Feldman in the series. His feature film debut was through the 2023 Netflix movie ‘A Tourist’s Guide to Love‘ in which he played the role of a college-bound vlogger Alex. ‘No Hard Feelings’ is going to be his second feature film release.
