Rocky Leaves The Boy Band ASTRO and Label Fantagio

The Korean singer Rocky left the boy band ASTRO after his contract with the label Fantagio Entertainment expired. It’s pretty shocking news for the fans of the boy band as Rocky was a major part of it.

Now the band ASTRO is officially a five-member band after Rocky left. Did Rocky announce it himself or someone else did it for him?

The words “deep discussion” give the idea that Rocky wasn’t pretty happy with leaving but he had to because of the contract expiration.

The label Fantagio Entertainment further said, “We thank Rocky for doing his utmost for a long time as a member of ASTRO, and we will be sincerely rooting for Him in the future.” The text was translated from Korean.

Fantagio Entertainment further asked AROHAs, the fans of the boy band ASTRA, to keep their support for Rocky intact as the dancer-singer starts his fresh journey.

He also went all the way to the ASTRO fan cafe where he wrote a letter to thank the members of the band and even the fans for their never-ending support.

In the handwritten letter, He wrote, “The time I spent as ASTRO’s He has been very precious to me.” It has to be one of the most precious times of his life as the 28-year-old achieved much fame and made a lot of memories at the same time.

Rocky also grew when it comes to his dancing and singing skills. He grew a really big fan following that is unmatched.

The four other members of the boy band members Jinjin, Cha Eun-woo, Moonbin, and Sanha renewed their membership with the label Fantagio Entertainment.

The fifth member MJ is currently serving in the army under the permanent rule of South Korea that all guys must serve in the army. But the good news is that after his serving period gets over, he is going to renew the membership too.
