Super Junior Documentary: Super Junior: The Last Man Standing Trailer Released

The second generation’s k-pop group, Super Junior is all set to release their first-ever documentary titled ‘Super Junior: The Last Man Standing.’ The group is made up of 10 members which include Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun.

The upcoming documentary Super Junior: The Last Man Standing’ will be released on Disney plus for users in the Asia-Pacific. The documentary film covers the whole history of Super Junior, from their formation through all of their challenges, fights, and potentially disastrous situations for their careers, up to the present.

In addition to this, the group members will also be seen discussing their personal growth and self-discovery journeys and reflecting on their professional pasts.

Super Junior: The Last Man Standing Trailer

The minute-long trailer of the documentary takes the viewers back to the beginning of the group’s journey. It goes through the old memory lane of each member of the group.

The video serves as a nostalgic look back at the significant accomplishments SUPER JUNIOR has made over the past nearly 18 years, including sold-out world tours and fan meets, legendary performances, and choreographies.

The documentary ‘Super Junior: The Last Man Standing’ will be released on January 18, on the occasion of the band’s 18th anniversary. It will be like a memorable gift not only for the members of the band but also for their fans who have been following and supporting the group from the very beginning.

The group has also been given the moniker “King of Hallyu Wave” by the media because of their significant contributions to the Korean Wave. For four years in a row, Super Junior has been the top-selling K-pop artist.

The group is the second singing group, after jtL in 2003, to win Favorite Artist Korea at the 2008 MTV Asia Awards.

They have won thirteen music awards from the Mnet Asian Music Awards as well as nineteen from the Golden Disc Awards. At the 2015 Teen Choice Awards, the group took home both the “International Artist” as well as the “Best Fandom” awards.
