Netflix nowadays is coming with a lot of drama series and The Kingdom (el Reino) is one of those political drama series. To add an edge to the storyline of the story the element of the crime is also added to it.
The first season of the crime drama was released on Netflix on 13 August 2021. And as soon as a season ended fans were already hoping to see Season 2 of the much-loved series.
The story of the series basically rewards around a televangelist who during the course of the story becomes the President of Argentina when his running mate is killed by a mystery man. The story takes a turn when we got to know that the person who is the President is not exactly the same as he portrays himself.

No, it’s been more than a year till the release of Season 1 but there is no official announcement regarding the renewal of the series. However, the critics, as well as the viewers, quite loved the content 67% of the people on Rotten Tomatoes like the series very much.
Till now we have no information regarding the filming and production of the series. However, whether a series gets the privilege of renewal or not depends on its review from the audiences and all the reviews of the series are quite satisfying.
However being optimistic and hopeful as the lovers of the series we could expect the series by late 2022, or early or mid-2023.

During the course of the story we will get to know what fate has in store for Jonathan and Tadeo. A character Julio will find himself amidst political and criminal networks.
As the story progresses will see that lot many characters in the series will be playing Mind Games and dirty politics to win the seat of Power.
This story brings about the harsh reality of what a person can do to attain the position of power and authority. They just lose their humanity and human values in the greed of gaining ultimate and limitless power.
There is a high possibility that will see the same faces again as cast members in Season 2 because Season 2 will probably be the continuation of Season 1 as the story ended on an incomplete note.
So until and unless there is a big change in the storyline of the series we will be seeing our favorite faces again on our screens.
