A spin-off of the popular American procedural TV series ‘9-1-1’- ‘9-1-1: Lone Star is returning on Fox with its new season 4. This too is a procedural drama that is set in Austin, Texas, and revolves around the police, ambulance, and fire departments of the fictional company of 126.
The plot of the series begins with a firefighter of New York named Owen Strand relocating to Austin of Texas from Manhattan with his son Tyler Kennedy Strand who is usually referred to as TK.
Owen Strand has to deal with his duties of saving vulnerable people and his personal issues. Other firefighters, police, and medical department members are also featured in the series.
9-1-1: Lone Star Season 4 Release Date
The series premiered on January 19, 2020, on Fox. 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 4 has been renewed in May of 2022 although an official release date for the new season is yet to be declared.
The primary cast members of the series who are presumed to reprise their roles in the new season include Rob Lowe, Ronen Rubinstein, Sierra McClain, Jim Parrack, Natacha Karam, Brian Michael Smith, and Rafael L. Silva, Julian Works, Gina Torres, etc.

Rob Lowe-
The character of Owen Strand is played by American actor Robert Lowe who serves as the main cast member in the series. From 1999 to 2003 and in 2006 he played Sam Seaborn in the American serial political tv series ‘The West Wing. Robert McCallister starred in the American family drama series ‘Brothers & Sisters from 2006 to 2010.
In NBC’s political and satire mockumentary sitcom ‘Parks and Recreation’ Lowe was cast from 2010 to 2015 and in 2020 in the role of Chris Traeger. He also served as executive producer in ‘The Lyon’s Den, ‘Dr. Vegas’, ‘Moonbeam City’, ‘The Grinder’, ‘The Lowe Files’, ‘Mental Samurai’, ‘Wild Bill’ etc.

Starring as Tyler Kennedy Strand or TK, the son of Owen Strand, we see the series American actor Ronen Rubinstein. Apart from ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ he starred in the series ‘Orange Is the New Black, ‘Dead of Summer, and ‘American Horror Stories.

Sierra McClain-
Grace Ryder is a 9-1-1 operator who is starred by American actress Sierra Aylina McClain in the series. From 2016 to 2018 McClain starred in the recurring character Nessa Parker in the third and fourth seasons of the American musical tv series ‘Empire’.
In 2019 she was cast as the main character Tanya Clifton in the psychological crime thriller series ‘Mindhunter’.
She also appeared in the series ‘Tyler Perry’s House of Payne’, ‘A.N.T. Farm’ etc. The films in which McClain starred are ‘The Gospel’, ‘Daddy’s Little Girls, ‘Shrink’, ‘Honey: Rise Up and Dance, etc.
Jim Parrack-
Grace’s husband Judson Ryder or Judd, who is a firefighter, is played by American actor Jim Parrack in the series.
From 2008 to 2014 Parrack starred as Hoyt Fortenberry in the American fantasy horror series ‘True Blood.

Firefighter and paramedic Marjan Marwani, who is also identified for her devotion to Islam and for being an Instagram celebrity, is played by Northern Irish and French Lebanese actress Natacha Karam.
She appeared in the series ‘Silent Witness’, ‘Homeland’, ‘And Casualty’. From 2017 to 2018 she starred as a series regular cast member Jasmine Khan or Jaz in the American military action tv series ‘The Brave’. She also starred as Laurie in the film ‘The Hurricane Heist’ and as Dizzy in ‘The Old Guard’.
Rafael L. Silva-
Police officer Carlos Reyes, who starts a romantic relationship with TK, is starred by American actor Rafael L. Silva in the series. He also appeared in one episode of the series ‘Madam Secretary.
Gina Torres-
The role of Tommy Vega in the series is played by American actress Gina Torres who joined the cast in season two. She was cast as the main character in the series ‘Cleopatra 2525’, ‘Firefly’, ‘Standoff’, ‘Huge’, and ‘Suits’.
