Motorola’s Moto G82 5G Details: In a recent blog post by Motorola, they announced the Moto G82 5G. The device is already launched in the European market, priced at EUR 329.99 ( ₹26,500 approx). Now, Motorola is planning to launch the device in the Middle East, Latin America, and India. But not to soon in India, as they recently launched the Moto Edge 30, the release date is still unspecified.

About the device – Motorola’s Moto G82 5G:

The device is an upgraded version of the Moto G52.

Display: Motorola G82 5G has the same OLED panel, which was on Motorola G52 and Motorola Edge G30. It is a 6.6″ display with an FHD+ display with 1080 x 2400 resolution. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate and 100 percent DCI-P3 gamut coverage. The display would be smooth

Specifications of Moto G82 5G: 

Motorola’s Moto G82 5G is power-packed with Snapdragon 695 chipset. This is an 8-core chipset that was launched in October 2021. The device would come with just one configuration 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM, expandable through a micro-SD slot up to 1TB.

Motorola’s OS is always Android 12 out-of-the-box experience with ThinkShield experience. The phone does come with a headphone jack and a side-mounted finger-print sensor which is unique because generally, Motorola integrates the logo with a finger-print sensor. The phone is IP52 certified, it is water and dust resistant.

Camera: Motorola’s Moto G82 5G has a pill-shaped camera on the back with a triple camera setup. It has a primary sensor of 50 MP with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The 8MP Ultra-Wide camera with 118-FoV with a 2MP macro camera. The front camera housing consists of a 16MP selfie camera which is integrated into a punch-hole display.

Battery: The battery capacity is rated at 5000 mAh with 30W fast charge by a Type-C port for charging. Motorola devices do come with a Turbo-Fast charge. Motorola’s Moto G82 5G should last about a day. But using it on continuous 120Hz might affect the screentime.

Final Verdict: If you are looking for a device, with no bloatware, a smooth screen, lite, and a fast charger, then this should be a perfect option. But Motorola has still not shared any update regarding the launch in India.
