The Pentaverate is a comedy series created by Mike Myers. The show will be premiered on Netflix. It will be a descendant of the 1993 romantic black comedy movie, So I married an Axe Murderer.
The series is all set to release on 5th May 2022. It will be having a total of 6 Episodes.
The series will be a bit different because we will be having the same person play different shades of character.

Mike Myers will be playing the Character of Ken Scarborough, he is a journalist who lost his job and is set out to expose the Pentaverate to be back on his job.
He will be playing various characters in the series like
- Anthony Lansdowne [Conspiracy Theorist who embarks on the journey to expose the Pentaverate].
- Rex Smith [Radio host, and promising conspiracy theorist].
- Lord Lordington [ the senior-most Pentaverate member].
- Shane Salanitri [ex media Tycoon].
- Mishu Ivanov [ex-Russian oligarch].
- Shep Gordon [rock ’n’ roll manager].
- Jason Eccleston [inventor of Pentaverate’s Supercomputer].
Apart from Mike Myers we also have various other celebs playing different characters.
The show was first announced on 17th April 2019. In June 2021, the title was announced which was an adaptation of the 1993 film So I married an Axe Murderer. Where Myers starred in a dual role as Charlie McKenzie and Stuart McKenzie [ his father]. The director was Tim Kirkby who is also the executive producer of the movie along with Lily Burns. Around January 2020 Ed Dyson and Roger Drew became co-writers and executive producers.
Mark Myers is finally back after a long wait and fans cannot keep their calm. His last starred movie was The Love Guru in the year 2008.
The soundtrack is composed by Orbital. The filming had begun around May 2021 till July 2021.
