It features the Irish-Romani gangster family led by the cunning Thomas or Tommy Shelby and the detective chief inspector Major Chester Campbell. Besides Cillian Murphy, ‘Peaky Blinders consists of an ensemble cast. Veteran actress Helen McCrory who starred as Tommy’s aunt Elizabeth Gray or “aunt Polly” passed away on April 16 of 2021 creating an irreparable void among the cast of ‘Peaky Blinders’.
