The Matrix Resurrections Updates: The most awaited film of the Matrix franchise has now revealed its first glimpse of the 4th installment called “The Matrix: Resurrections” starring Keanu Reeves and Priyanka Chopra.

The film franchise “The Matrix” has announced its fourth installment called ‘Resurrections’ which is declared by Warner Bros. the studio also discloses the first shot of the film which is presented by a Hollywood star Keanu Reeves in curtailed CinemaCon signed as “the largest gathering of movie theater owners from around the world” in Las Vegas.

Lana Wachowski considered as half of the Wachowski has directed all the three franchise films with her sister, Lily has written and directed the upcoming movie. Besides Reeves, the trilogy star Carrie-Anne Moss also made a return for the fourth installment. The Hollywood Reporter also stated that this trailer was only played for CinemaCon audiences and not online.

The trailer starts with Reeves’s character called Thomas Anderson and not Neo- his original name in a trilogy- in therapy with his therapist telling that he had his dreams that were not just dreams. He regains from his consciousness and thinks that something is wrong in this world but did not recognize what The Matrix is.

After, he goes into a coffee shop where he bumps into a woman. They greet each other but none of them remembered that who they were. Thomas spends his time taking his prescribed blue pills and thinking that why all of them are stuck to their phones. He later runs into an unidentified man who recalls him of Morpheus.

The Matrix film was premiered in CinemaCon with other Warner Bros films also. CinemaCon is observed as Warner Bros steps to begin their theatrical release after they decided to debut the entire 2021 movies on the same date in theatres and on WarnerMedia specified streaming service, HBO Max.

The announcement of the December release ignited theatre owners and talent which included Christopher Nolan who had a long-time relationship with the studio and also Villeneuve.

Warner Bros had made an agreement which will begin to give films a theatrical release next year into cinema halls for 45 days. Its upcoming DC movies “Batgirl” and “Blue Beetle” will be directly released on HBO Max.
