Apple iPhone 13 Late Release This Year Looks Possible Now

Apple iPhone 13 Updates: Apple indicated through a report that the production of the A15 chipset for the iPhone 13 has begun. This does suggest that this phone is likely to launch later this fall. We are expecting that Apple is on schedule for a normal release this year.

2021 is facing a shortage of computer chips in tech companies resulting in production issues.  Even Apple in its April report claimed that the company was forced to stop certain production steps for its new iPad and MacBook. This raised the chances of possible delay for the upcoming iPhone 13, but thankfully, that is not happening.

DigiTimes reported on May 26, that Apple has officially started production of the new A15 processor for the Apple iPhone 13. It is handled by the chip production company Apple has used for years -TSMC. The demand for the A15 is likely to surpass that for its predecessor last year in scale. The beginning of production now suggests that iPhone 13 is most likely to launch in September. Well, a better reassurance after the delayed October launch of the iPhone 12 last year.

The 2021 release of the Apple iPhone 13 will be having few modifications from the older version. It will bring out a total of four models. The Apple iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max. All four phones will be powered by the A15 chip having better performance and efficiency. Some of the other updates of this release include 120Hz displays for the Pro variants, improved cameras, and a new storage option going all the way up to 1TB. Improvement in design includes smaller notch sizes for all four phones. As reported by  DigiTimes, the die size is reduced between 40 and 50 percent compared to the iPhone 12.

As a September release is more likely to happen for the public to buy this new model. Previous iPhone launches suggest, in the second week of September Apple will be holding an announcement event. Sales will be followed by a couple of weeks later. Thus the A15 now in production, surely suggests that the new iPhone will be released in its expected time.
