Beasters Season 2 Updates: The Japanese manga series, Beasters was written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki. It was serialized from September 2016 to October 2020, with its chapters compiled in 22 volumes, and was published by Akita Shoten. The story revolves around a modern ,civilized world with animals having human traits, emotions and have innate tendency of human psychology. The animals had a society divided into herbivores and carnivores.

The manga was later adapted to a television series by Orange running from October to December 2019 on Fuji TV’s +Ultra program block. While the second season was released soon after and was aired from January to March 2021. The anime series is licensed by Japan with its first season premiered outside Japan in March 2020. Beasters has won a number of notable awards including the 11th Manga Taishō, The new creator prize at the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize, the 42nd Kodansha Manga Award and the New Face Award at the Japan Media Arts Festival. 

The release date of Beasters Season 2:

With the massive positive response from the audience regarding the first season, the makers are set to release the second season of the show as soon as possible. The second season was scheduled to be premiered in 2020. But due to the present scenario, with the pandemic at its peak, it wasn’t possible to organize the premier. Now, with the second season already been forecasted on Fuji TV Network in January 2021 it’s almost sure that it’ll be premiered on Netflix by July 2021. However, there hasn’t been any confirmed news about the release date.

What expectations can the viewers have from the Beasters Season 2? 

The viewers have been waiting for the second season of the show anxiously for a long time. They have expectations that the show will continue from the first season and will also provide the same excitement and enthusiasm and adventure to the viewers. The viewers are quite surprised to see the relationship between Legoshi and Haru. It’s shocking for almost everyone to believe that a fox and a rabbit can pair up. Legoshi is determined by his decision to not eat meat with the encouragement of his trainer Gohin, the panda. After many failed attempts, Legoshi might again confess his love for Haru.

This season will also unveil the mystery behind Tem’s murder. In the later part, Legoshi also saved Haru from Shishigumi who tried to eat her. The story also turns towards Louis in the next section and it’s revealed that he was the one who killed the leader by shooting him.
