Before they could locate her body, she must have been gone for more than two weeks. The only confirmation of her last moments is in a security video that shows Elisa in an elevator behaving unusually.
Elisa clicks the buttons of the elevators and seems to hide from someone and then talk to somebody as though she is lonely.
The internet latched upon this footage, and it developed an avalanche of hypotheses and allegations that everyone suggested that Elisa was murdered by someone.
In reality, Elisa was identified on the hotel rooftop inside of the water tank, and the examiner considered her death an accident. So, why try to claim that this story has more to it? There are just pieces that do not really add up to the plot.
However, there are perfectly reasonable explanations that this crime is not deemed a murder, as those who watch the show will find.
