The Hardy Boys Update: Hulu has released the first trailer for The show, based on a series of books with the same name. Published under the name Franklin W. Dixon, Hardy Boys’ Books follow brothers Frank and Joe Hardy as they serve as amateur detectives revealing secrets in their hometown.
The series has been published since 1927 and has undergone many repetitions and changes since then. Previously, the Hardy Boys managed to show screens five different times, including Disney’s familiarity with the Cros, Drew crossovers.

According to the new trailer, adapting to Hulu will be a dark thing to take on prominent news. While the books deal with mature themes — murder, drugs, and espionage are included — the full tone of the novels is inspiring, leaving the characters and readers with lessons to learn. The trailer shows a world full of invisible threats.
The brothers were unexpectedly forced to move to Bridgeport, a small town in central America, where they began uncovering a dark mystery involving their absent mother.
The 13 episodes of the show will premiere on Hulu on December 4. Hardy Boys actors Rohan Campbell and Alexander Elliot as Frank, 16, and Joe, 12, in both of the original cast roles. Their father, Fenton, is played by Big Little Lies ’James Tupper. The show’s producer and producers are Jason Stone, Riverdale Alum, and The Is The End.
Following in the footsteps of the many dynamic on-screen pages, The Hardy Boys will be a grittier, real-world version of original stories. While it may not seem to focus on relationships and romance — which is something a series of books have avoided — it will definitely mimic some of the darkness of today’s youth games.
The trailer echoes TV shows like the new CW series Nancy Drew and Riverdale. With Stone previously directing two episodes of the latest episode, his time there is clearly going to have an impact on Hulu The Hardy Boys.
