In the last episode, Satella ambushes Subaru and instructs him to love himself more. Subaru still wishes to commit suicide and people try to calm him down and helps him to get out of the situation. Echidna offers another contract to Subaru, but he declines the offer. He then departs from the witches. Once he wakes up, Subaru seeks comfort from Patrasche and Otto and reveals that he won’t be able to take any more trials. Later on, he comes to know that Otto is a mad man and flees from that place.
