Atypical Season 4 Updates: Atypical is an American comedy-drama web television series created by Robia Rashid. The series was premiered on Netflix on August 11, 2017. The series focuses on the life of 18-year-old Sam Gardner, who is suffering from autism spectrum disorder. Sam is a bright boy who is fascinated with Antarctica and its penguins. He wants to fight his psychological disorder and wants to be free. 

Sam is very close to his family, that includes his mother (Jennifer Jason Leigh), his overprotective and energetic sister Casey Gardner (Brigette Lundy-Paine), his father, Doug Gardner (Michael Rapaport). Sam is fighting, and he is trying hard to overcome the hardships in is his caused by the disorder. 

Release Date of Atypical Season 4 

Atypical being a hit, the makers were forced to renew the series for a fourth season. No official date has been announced by the officials yet, but we think that the series will come into action in 2021. 

All the questions will be answered in the last season of the series. The fans should get ready for the final season of Atypical. 

The Plot of Atypical Season 4

At the end of the third season, we saw Doug and Elsa patching-up after her affair with a bartender. We also saw Casey kissing her girlfriend, Izzie, for the first time. Sam has also reconciled things with his best friend, Zahid. All this indicates that we might see new budding relationships in the upcoming season. Sam will also work on his relationship with Paige, and as it will be the last season of the show, we must hope that some loose ends will be tied.
