It is a musical comedy-drama and is inspired by a Brazilian television series named Julie e os Fantasmas created by Paula Knudsen, Tiago Mello, and Fabio Danesi. The show was much-loved by all the music lovers. Apart from them, the general audience also gave positive reviews about the show. However, the makers have dropped just one season comprising nine episodes.

The initial season of the show had a cryptic end. It terminated with a cliffhanger wherein Caleb Covington took over the body of Nick. However, the Phantoms are not able to complete their unfinished business in the world. Hence, the fans are expecting the next season.
As of now, it is too early for us to decide if the show will have the next installment or not. Typically, Netflix takes one to two months to renew a show for its next season. Until now, Netflix has not made any announcement about the same. After renewal, the makers will need at least a year to release the new season. Julie and the Phantoms Season 2 Cast
In the initial season of the series, Madison Reyes, a 16-year-old girl has played the role of Julie. Apart from her, we will see Charlie Gillespie, Owen Patrick, and Jeremy Shada. These three will be applying the role of Luke, Alex, and Reggie respectively. These boys will be returning as ghosts and will make a band along with Julie.
It is expected that the second season will be having the same cast as of the first season since the initial season had all new faces from the industry.
