In the 2nd episode of Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2, titled “Mash Burnedead and the Home Visit,” Wahlberg and Rayne Ames asked for help from other Divine Visionaries to save Mash from a death sentence.
They wanted to give him a chance to prove himself and fight Innocent Zero. The Divine Visionaries agreed only after Bless Minister, the judge, deferred Mash’s death sentence.
However, there was a condition: Mash had to work under their supervision and become a Divine Visionary candidate that year. Mash accepted the deal happily.
After a nice time at the market, Mash and his friends visited Mash’s home and met his grandfather, Regro Burnedead. Regro revealed that Mash’s lack of magic had forced him to keep Mash isolated, which is why Mash had no friends in the past.
Regro expressed joy at seeing Mash now having friends, a rival, and a possible fiance. Even though Mash’s death sentence was delayed, Orter wanted to ensure that Mash failed to become a Divine Visionary. So, he enlisted Margarette Macaron from the Orca Dorm to attack Mash.
Although Margarette wasn’t initially interested, upon learning that Mash defeated Abel Walker without magic, she accepted the mission.

In the Mashle: Magic and Muscles season 2 Second Episode, fans felt a mix of emotions. They enjoyed seeing Mash having a good time with his friends, but there was a concerning moment when he didn’t notice Margarette’s attack.
Luckily, Rayne Ames was there to assist him. Although the animation had a few awkward moments at the beginning, A-1 Pictures quickly improved its quality.
