Get ready for a hilarious family journey packed with humor and drama as Adam Sandler teams up with his actual daughters, Sunny and Sadie Sandler, in Netflix’s forthcoming You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah.

This time, the attention is on Adam’s remarkable daughter Sunny Sandler, who plays a significant part in the film. The movie is based on Fiona Rosenbloom’s young adult book “You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah”. The narrative revolves around Stacy & Lydia, two best friends for life.

The first teaser teases the hilarity, as Stacy has a nervous breakdown and begins spreading lies about her friend following the betrayal. There’s also a heated argument between Stacy and her father (Sandler) at a mojito bar.

The story revolves around two closest friends, Stacy Friedman and Lydia Katz. Both closest friends are preoccupied with handling the modern-day obstacles of middle school life.

During this time, the bat mitzvah party that both BFFs had always wanted takes place. Stacy (the main character) is prepping for an extravagant bat mitzvah while simultaneously adoring her teenage love Andy Goldfrab (Dylan Hoffmen).

However, the plot surprise occurs when Stacy’s closest friend, Lydia, steals Stacy’s crush. And their plan to throw a fantastic mitzvah celebration goes hilariously wrong, causing a divide between the closest buddies.

According to the official Netflix logline, “a girl’s bat mitzvah plans humorously collapse and threaten to destroy one of the most crucial events of her young life.”
