The official full-length trailer for Netflix‘s impending action movie Extraction 2 has arrived, and it is not for the faint of heart.
We all know Chris Hemsworth as Thor, the renowned God of Thunder, but Extraction, a 2020 action blockbuster, was his roughest part yet.
Based on Ande Parks’ graphic novel, Extraction astonished Netflix fans, propelling the picture to become the streaming platform’s most-watched original film.

In the new Extraction 2 teaser, Aussie legend Chris Hemsworth reprises his much-loved mercenary role Tyler Rake for the follow-up to the 2020 smash hit.
However, Hemsworth and company have turned the action to 11, bringing a slew of death-defying new sequences that could make John Wick pale.
The new Extraction 2 trailer takes up where the original film left off, with the former black operations soldier embarking on a dangerous new assignment.
This time, Rake is charged with rescuing a Georgian gangster’s family from a shady jail where they are being held, hostage.
It’s a less imaginative story than its predecessor, but Extraction 2 will satisfy you if the trailer indicates it.
While the two-minute trailer doesn’t tell much about the plot, it does suggest that Tyler Rake did survive the events of the previous film, having been proclaimed clinically dead only to have “taken on his way back.”
The teaser also features a spectacular combat sequence in which Rake defeats armed guards in a prison riot while his fist is on fire. Rake is shown near the end of the trailer shooting a machine gun at an enemy helicopter from the top of a train.
The two-and-a-half-minute teaser begins with a fight scenario aboard a train involving Tyler Rake. The teaser then goes to a montage that gives us a better picture of the film’s storyline and a fight sequence in a penthouse where Rake uses a treadmill to murder someone.

Chris Hemsworth has clearly announced that he will return for the sequel. In addition, Golshifteh Farahani will be back as Nik Kha. Adam Bessa will also star in the film as Yaz Khan.
