In a recent post, Ananya shocked her fans with a teaser from her upcoming movie Dream Girl 2. The clip featured a mysterious girl having a conversation on the telephone with “Pathaan” who promises to be with Dream Girl on the 7th.
The teaser was super exciting and fans flooded the post with likes and comments, the movie features Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya in the lead roles and is set to hit the theaters on July 7.

Ananya was last seen in the movie Liger which was released in August last year, the movie had a lot of hype behind it as it also featured popular South Indian film actor Vijay Deverakonda, but unfortunately, the movie failed to impress the audiences and it turned out to be one of the biggest flops of the year 2022.
Ananya’s acting skills were heavily criticized by the fans and this has been a major setback in her career, earlier she has been targeted by fans and trolls on quite a number of occasions for her average acting performance but she definitely made improvements and her performance in a movie like Gehraiyaan was actually good, but Liger has been a disaster which she would like to forget and she should focus on her upcoming projects.
Having said that, Ananya has several good projects on the line, besides Dream Girl 2, she will also be seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan this year.
