Kendall Jenner Shares How She Combats With Anxiety and Depression?

Kendall Jenner has spoken out about her anxiety and hypochondria struggles, and she’s reacting to those who doubt if she truly struggles with these conditions.

For the new Vogue digital series Open-Minded: Unpacking Anxiety, the 25-year-old model spoke with psychologist Dr. Ramani Durvasula.

She talked about how she deals with her anxiety and what works for her.

Kendall shared her nighttime practices in full in a recent interview with Vogue, revealing the one thing she does every night.

Kendall stated that her anxiousness prevents her from obtaining a decent night’s sleep. She said that she had struggled with anxiety for many years, which caused her to have good and terrible days.

“I believe being overworked and being in the circumstance that I’m in now is sort of what set everything out of control in a sense,” Kendall explained. I’ve felt like I need to be taken to the hospital because I believe my heart is failing, I can’t breathe, and I need someone to assist me. “Sometimes I fear I’m going to die.”

When Jenner wants to decompress, she makes an effort to meditate for 15 minutes to relieve tension.

When asked how she relaxes in the evenings, Kendall replied she normally sips tea and journal or reads a book.

She believes that putting her phone away before going to bed has also been quite useful. She tries to avoid glancing at my phone for at least an hour before going to bed.

Kendall has a lot of sleep hacks up her sleeve, and she also stressed the importance of being in the appropriate surroundings. She said that the MAD et LEN candle she keeps in her bedroom had a lovely aroma. It fills the air with a nice, soothing aroma, so she constantly buys it.

Jenner also mentioned that her blackout curtains are fantastic. If she got the opportunity, she would always take advantage of it.

Unfortunately, Kendall admits, the opportunity to sleep in isn’t always available. She mentioned that she goes to bed at the same hour every night at home during the week. It is considerably more difficult for her to keep that bedtime while she is traveling, but she tries. It aids her in being constant.

The entrepreneur and former supermodel noted that she had to get to work every day, therefore she sets the alarm! She frequently does this since she likes riding her horse early in the morning. But every now and again, she loves to change things up and slumber a bit.

Kendall Jenner also addressed anyone who may believe she is fabricating these concerns.

“There will be others who think, ‘Oh, okay, what does she have to worry about?'” ‘What does she have to be concerned about?’ I’ll never sit here and declare that I’m unlucky. I am aware that I lead a very fortunate and fantastic life. “I’m a really fortunate girl,” she remarked.

“I still have one of these and that thing up there sometimes doesn’t always, I don’t know, it’s not always happy and it’s not always connected,” Kendall explained, pointing to her head. At the end of the day, I’m still a human being. What someone has or does not have does not imply that they do not have.

Kendall also expressed her feelings about returning to the world after a year at home during the epidemic, as well as the nervousness she is experiencing.

“Before, I was completely swamped and overworked.” I was always surrounded by people, and it became overwhelming to the point that I felt the urge to be alone. Now it’s more like, well, we’ve all been incredibly secluded to the point that I’m almost so accustomed to it that now that things are slowly opening up, going out to dinner or seeing a few more of my friends than I’ve been used to seeing over the previous year gives me anxiety.”
