The Alienist Season 3 Update: One of the interesting American Tv series, The Alienist is a period drama and a Horror crime genre based on the alienist and the angel of darkness. It is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Caleb Carr.

The first season of the series was released on 21st January 2018, and the second season was released on 19th July 2020. The official announcement from the team will be done soon and once gets renewed

The Alienist plotlines mainly depend on the newspaper illustrator John Murray meets with a criminal physiologist who is The Alienist by Dr. Laszlo Chrysler to investigate the serial killer in New York during the late 19th century. The series deals with some dark evil events and some societal issues, it showcases what life would have been like for the lower classes, especially around children.

The main story is to solve the crime to catch the killer, as the show progresses it almost breaks down into really an investigation into these characters themselves, so the show is far more invested in dealing out the story of each character whilst in the background kind of trudging along with the main plot whilst that does sound a little bit negative the characters themselves are really intriguing and how they exist within the society. This will be continued in the sequel part of the series.

The main character Dr. Laszlo Kreizler played by Daniel Brühl has father issues that caused his deformity, he also has a pang of heavy guilt for the death of a child called Matias and blamed himself for it, this mainly drives him to solve the case.

Another character, John Moore played by Luke Evans is an alcoholic and also betrayed by his wife and he is battling to move on forward. Dakota Fanning as Sara Howard has her own traumatic story related to his father dealing with a lot day-to-day. She is battling for justification to be a part of the investigation.

Moving on to Isaacson Brothers played by Douglas Smith as DS Marcus Isaacson and Matthew Shear as DS Lucius Isaacson, who deals with racism throughout the show and really try to find out that place within society.

There are also other characters Brian Geraghty as Theodore Roosevelt, Rosy McEwen as Libby Hatch, Matt Lintz as Stevie Tagger and all are struggling constantly in their life.
