Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 details

As we know, the performance of the last GTX 30 series was seriously awesome. The rumors about the Nvidia RTX-40 series show that it should offer a similar performance to the 30 series.

Although, a 2x jump in performance is expected thanks to the 5nm Ada Lovelace architecture. The clock speed of the RTX series could be offered between 2.2 to 2.5 GHz depending on the graphic cards.

Three graphic cards are under speculation:

  • Nvidia RTX 4070:

The Nvidia RTX 4070 is rumored to offer 12 GB GDDR6 RAM. It is clocked at 18 GBPS with 300W TDP.

  • Nvidia RTX 4080:

It is rumored that the 4080 could offer 16GB GDDR6 VRAM, clocked at 21 GBPS with 350 TDP. It is clocked slower than the last generation RTX 3080Ti due to GDDR6 RAM.

  • Nvidia RTX 4090:

The Nvidia RTX 4090 is the top-of-the-line graphic card. There aren’t many leaks about this graphic card. But with few of them show that RTX 4090 will feature 24GB GDDR6X VRAM, clocked at 21GBPS. It has a better cooling system and is almost similar to the RTX 3090Ti. The RTX 4090 will offer 126 Streaming Multiprocessors, providing 16,128 CUDA cores.

Gamers are generally a lot excited to upgrade to a new graphic card. The Nvidia RTX 40 series should launch in mid-July. Still, these specifications are on paper. Once the RTX 40 series is released then its performance could be measured.
