Jennifer recently shared about her suffering from insomnia which started in her early 30. We are familiar with Jennifer Aniston through a role called Rachel Green in FRIENDS. The series as well as her role became quite famous not just in America but all around the world.

Recently Jennifer came forward and talked about her suffering from insomnia. She has also talked about how these thing has affected her day-to-day life. The actress said that she was suffering from insomnia for a very long period and she has also that fear that she may not be able to go to sleep.
She has received all these things while giving an interview with PEOPLE. She called it a dread while she spend another night and she was not able to sleep so that is the reason why she counts on the cracks.
When it was asked in an interview about the age when she has suffered from these things then Jennifer said it was from her 30. She also said that one cannot just start noticing its effects when they are younger.
The actress has also taken the help of medicine and other medical support. Due to this insomnia, the actress was not able to concentrate on her health as well as on her exercise. She also said that the more she used to worry about Insomnia the more it became quite difficult for her to fall asleep.
Apart from getting all kinds of medical assistants, she has also gotten some relief through exercise and yoga. The actress said that yoga and stretching and also following a perfect routine has helped her to battle all these things. She also said that she tried to go to bed at a particular time every day which also help her a lot.
