29-year-old Selena Gomez told the interviewer about how she did not use the internet for at least 4 and a half years and it not only gave peace of mind to her but it made her a lot happier.
Her health was important for her, despite having around 309m followers only on Instagram, the celebrity did not use the internet.
Selena Gomez has been very vocal about her mental health struggles and the hurdles she faced over the years.
So now she is introducing us to the Wondermind which will help those who are struggling with mental health problems.
“Growing up in the spotlight has definitely taught me so much,” she told the interviewer.
The Only Murders in the Building actor continued “If I’m known for anything, I hope it’s simply just for the way I care about people. Those days when I don’t want to get out of bed —
if I had something like Wondermind, even if it took me a minute to get into it, it’s just there. And there’s something that’s really comforting about that.”
