Yellowstone Season 5 has been announced by the makers along with its spin-off series Y:1883 which will star Tim McGraw and Faith Hill before season 4’s finale episode which will be aired on 4th January 2022. Here in this article we have discussed the filming schedules and expected release date of Yellowstone Season 5.

Filming of Season 5

As per the interview given by the executive producer and writer Taylor Sheridan to Deadline the filming of the Yellowstone Season 5 will start in May 2022 in Montana.

The shooting has been scheduled for May as the weather is really good at that time and the producers are looking to complete Season 5 as soon as possible as they want to use the public’s anticipation profitably which could only be possible with the early release of the next season.

The Expected Release Date of Yellowstone Season 5

The show has not been filmed yet and the team is also working on two spin-offs ‘6666’ and Y:1883 and the team also want season 5 very soon, So we can get the renewal update of Season 5 after season 4’s ending on the 4th January 2021.

About the Spin-off Y:1883 and ‘6666’

The Spin-offs of the Yellowstone will be premiered on Paramount+ and one of its PRequel 1883 has already been started streaming yesterday on 19th Dec 2021. Yellowstone Season 5’s Y:1883 revolves around Dutton and its will proved to be the milestone in the Yellowstone Universe. This spin-off will feature the story of Elsa Dutton whose role will be played by Isabel May who is best known for ‘Alexa & Katie’.

‘6666’ has not git any confirmed release date yet, BUt the show may start very soon after season 4 on Paramount Plus and Peacock Streaming Services.
