Brie Larson shared a clip from her training for future MCU sequel The Marvels to Instagram where she can be seen performing a kettlebell goblet squat which adds resistance courtesy of a flywheel.

In the video, Larson is performing a belted version of a goblet squat on a Go-Exxentric machine. In addition, it means to control her upper body stable, the belt is pulling her down to the ground faster, so she has to work hard to resist that.

Along with the clip, she added the caption “How many pieces of workout equipment does it take to become a superhero? “All of them” while her trainer Jason Walsh commented while making for a “fun finisher” to the training session.

In another post, Larson also joked that she is still trying to find an excuse for avoiding the completion of her workouts and Walsh has the habit of adding the workload to the program to make sure she stays put.
