The Eternals Release date and Other Info

The Eternals Updates: The supposed end of Thanos and intergalactic superheroes and villains after the Avengers: Endgame left the audience in a state of ‘wanting more’ from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie and the whole cinematic experience were able to capture the hearts of millions across the nations resulting in a gross profit of over $2 billion USD!
To take the universe and cross-overs further, MCU has declared the launch of the new movie with the possibility of sequels – ‘The Eternals’, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by
the Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The movie has been scheduled to air on 5th November 2021 as a part of MCU’s Phase four (films produced between 2021-23).

The Eternals Cast and Crew Info

Directed by Chloé Zhao, the production cast includes renowned personalities like Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Lia McHugh, Brian Tyree Henry, Lauren Ridloff, Barry Keoghan, Don Lee, Harish Patel, Kit Harington, Salma Hayek, and Angelina Jolie.

Zhao had earlier approached Marvel Studios about filming the film since she was a fan of the Marvel Cinematic
Universe. She wanted to collaborate with the studio to contribute her own perspective and world-building to the franchise, and she wowed the panel with her unique storyline and with a
presentation that was described as “reams of visuals.” Zhao developed her pitch with the help of producer Nate Moore.
As a matter of fact, Marvel was quick to get her on board as they feared losing a gem to another big-studio film! And hence, Zhao was appointed as a director back in September officially for the upcoming movie ‘The Eternals’.

The Storyline

The storyline goes along like – After thousands of years in hiding, ‘the Eternals’, an immortal alien race, emerge to protect Earth from their evil counterparts, the Deviants, in the film. The
Eternals are shown as the emphatic crew of diverse superheroes who re-unite to protect humankind from the evil forces.
The overview of the screenplay might be seen as a traditional superheroes movie that fights the ‘villains’ and saves the masses. How the MCU presents it in their own way of over-the-top animations and visuals along with effective sound management is still highly anticipated by the MCU enthusiasts.
Safe to say, the upcoming 26th film in the MCU is expected to do wonders at the box office with its talented production crew and cast. It will surely be a ‘much-awaited treat’ to the Marvel fans
who might be willing to engage in another wholesome cinema experience after the long Avengers series.
