The Spanish Television series was first aired in May of 2017 which gradually took the world by storm. A fun fact about the show is that when the statement La casa de Papel is translated to English, we get “The House of Paper” , yet the creators chose the title “Money Heist”. The logic behind this was that a bunch of people was robbing the royal mint of Spain that had money in it.

Netflix announced the date announcement of the Money heist on 24 May 2021. The series will be launched in two volumes that are reportedly being released on September 3 and December 3. The number of episodes that each volume will be containing is not released yet. However, we can expect a detailed entry of episodes from Netflix soon.

Sources tell that although the filming for the last season has been done, the creators do not show any sign of having a spin-off series with a few characters. They say that it would be an injustice to keep the show running more than its story requires.
