Call the Midwife Season 10 Episode 4 Updates: “Call the midwife” is a period drama series premiering on BBC channel since 2012. The series is set in 1957 London, and is shot in London as well.

The series was created on the basis of the memoir of Jennifer Worth but gradually, as the show got more fame and popularity, they moved on to other historically sourced materials to keep the show going.

The show focuses on depicting the daily domestic lives of the midwives in the local neighbourhood of Poplar, with contributing factors from the golden era it is set in. With its first series, it had become the most successful new drama on BBC since 2001.
