Spoilers of the third episode of the Snowpiercer Season 2
In the second episode, a surprising revelation is that Josie is actually alive. Zarah finds her in a comatose condition in the infirmary and tells Layton reluctantly.
Layton could discover a cure for Josie in the third episode titled ‘A Great Odyssey,’ and take her on board the Headwoods-scientists on Big Alice. To enter the miraculous ‘goop’ of the Headwoods, which will heal frostbites without leaving a hint of a scar, Layton will have to bargain with Mr. Wilford.
Layton has a possible negotiating chip with him because Big Alice is low on food supply. In the case of the revival of Josie, it would be fascinating to see how it impacts the relationship between Layton and Zarah.
In addition, experimental findings from the Headwoods tip the power balances on their side. Further information about their role in the confrontation between Layton and Mr. Wilford will be disclosed in the third episode.
The rousing welcome from Mr. Wilford shows that he already has a certain degree of power over Snowpiercer. In an attempt to unify Snowpiercer, Layton rallies hard and it remains to be seen if the fundamental dispute will turn into a full-blown battle.

Layton and Roche manage to gather Kevin’s requisite Major Alice details. In exchange for Kevin, Mr. Wilford offers to return Melanie. With respect to the advances on the conjoined trains, Layton and Melanie catch up. Mr. Wilford’s suspected loyalists assault Lamps, and her fingertips are amputated.
Following this, Till is identified as the trained detective by Layton to investigate the crime. On the other side, Snowpiercer is training for Mr. Wilford’s summit reception. Alex tries to assassinate Layton at Mr. Wilford’s behest in the current situation but fails to do so.
