Finding Alice Updates: On ITV Finding Alice will premiere this weekend. So who does actress Joanna Lumley play in the drama?
The story of Alice was followed by Finding Alice and daughter Charlotte who suffer from the loss of their husband and father respectively. The mini-series concentrates on the aftermath of a shocking death and how the decease’s loved one’s attempts to cope with moving on. Express.co.uk caught up with the cast, including Joanna Lumley, about finding Alice.
But it promptly turned into a nightmare as Alice one day finds her husband dead at the bottom of the rungs.
Finding Alice: Who is Joanna Lumley?
Now, residing in the smart house which was designed by Harry for years, the mother and daughter duo must find a way of living without him. His journey isn’t easy though as they proceed to fight with one another and find out things about Harry which they never knew when he was alive.
Joanna Lumley has been at several documentaries but is probably better known for her acting work. Lumley with Leonardo DiCaprio has also starred in The Wolf of Wall Street, Clatterford, Mistresses, and Paddington 2.
“I think if you look t Alice’s parents with Nigel Havers playing Roger, you can see that Roger is the one who’s more connected to his daughter. So she’s a kind of dismissive of Harry’s parents and daughter Alice she is close to but this is a mother-daughter thing.”
So playing her- Typecast is not which I hope- was interesting as something has made her like this and gradually you realize that there is a back story.
There will be six episodes in total with a new installment every week. Finding Alice all six episodes will be ready to watch in free streaming service ITV hub from January 17 if you are eager to view it all in one go.
