Is ‘The Kissing Booth 3’ Confirmed?
Elle and Noah’s love story became the favorite of Netflix users. After the success of the first installment of “The Kissing Booth” (2018), the streaming platform launched its sequel “The Kissing Booth 2”, where we see the couple go through difficulties that put their relationship at risk. The reception of the film was so good that they confirmed: “The kissing booth 3” for 2021.
The sequel focuses on the couple’s long-distance relationship and the “temptations” they must overcome in order to stay together. While Elle is in her last year of high school, Noah begins his studies at Harvard University. In “Kissing Booth 2” we see that Elle begins to suspect that Noah is cheating on her with Chloe, her new college classmate. In the midst of the confusion, Elle begins to approach Marco, the new boy at school.
At the end of the movie, all the complications are resolved. Noah wasn’t cheating onEllewith Chloe, they’re just good friends. While Lee finally forgives Elle for keeping her plans for college a secret. However, a new dilemma presents itself for the protagonist: she must decide which university she will go to.
Elle must choose whether she will go to Harvard in Boston to be with Noah or whether she will go to Berkeley to be with Lee. Faced with this situation, Elle lies about the waiting list at both schools, but sooner or later she has to make a decision. Kissing Booth 3 will address this point, but there is already a theory that Elle will choose Harvard.
SHE WILL CHOOSE HARVARD INSTEAD OF BERKELEY, ACCORDING TO THIS THEORY
According to an explanation from the “Screenrant” portal, Elle will choose Harvard to be with Noah. “Kissing Booth 3” is likely to make Elle’s dilemma a pivotal point in the film’s plot.
As we saw in “The kissing stand 2”, Elle worked hard to be able to financially move to Boston in case she is accepted into Harvard, so she is more likely to go ahead with that plan to be with Noah. Then to stay in California and attend Berkley with Lee.

On the other hand, separating Elle from Lee would be a new setting for the story, in fact, both films reiterated how they have been inseparable since their birth. So “Kissing Booth 3” we could see how Elle and Lee would deal with being separated from each other.
It also presents more opportunities to explore the romance between Elle and Noah. Since the couple really couldn’t spend much time together after their relationship was revealed in the first movie, reuniting them in Boston would allow “Kissing Booth 3” to delve deeper into their relationship and see if they could last in the long run.
