Sintonia is created by KondZilla, who is a famous music video director. This 30 years old’s Brazilian YouTube channel has over 50 million subscribers.
The first season was co-produced by Brazilian actress Alice Braga. This show premiered in August last year, on Netflix.
We saw in the first season that there are three São Paulo teenagers who pursue their dreams while living in a place full of drugs, music, and religion. A guy called Doni learns about crude business practices.
Another guy called Nando becomes involved in criminal activity. Other main characters include Rita who is a young woman who values her friendships with Doni and Nando.
In the season finale, we saw Doni signing a recording contract. On the other hand, Nando takes an oath to join The Organization. Whereas Rita is happy and celebrates with her long-time friends.
What can we expect from Sintonia Season 2?

The first season of the show ended on a positive note, in spite of the inherent chaos of the central favela location. Doni had got everything which he wanted since his childhood and will be forced to grow up quickly after his father’s sudden death.
Even though Doni was rich and famous but he owes money to Miro, a local man. Nando’s underworld activities would likely pose a threat to Doni’s career so it might create personal conflict for long-time friends. We might see Rita as a protagonist struggling with her religious and romantic wants this season.
Production Details of the second season
The first season of this show had only six episodes, the filming of the show took place in São Paulo, the production of season 2 may be done by mid-2021 once the new season is ordered later this year.
Until there is a production delay because of covid 19 restrictions, Sintonia season 2 can come out by late 2021.
