Will treaded into a bit of a concerning moment as the last season slid off. The only Chicago crossover that the Chicago Meds participated in didn’t serve them right as Will was thrust upon while examining an infection in quest of its curatives. But fortunately, he wasn’t maltreated and was let loose with nothing more of damage than just a nasty bump.
As the storyline progresses, working at a safe injection site comes to standstill as he stumbles upon the fact that one of the drug addicts was his co-worker who had feigned the identity. On confronting Dr. Hannah Asher(Jessy Schram ) she at first blackmails him on turning in his unauthorized project to the boss which resulted in a fallout but according to the most unexpected plot twists their destinies crossed and they ended up sleeping together, putting their relationship to test.
However, they continued to date even after sending Hannah off to rehab. The couple was next spotted together at Maggie Lockwood’s ( Marlyne Barrett ) wedding where one of the scenes flashed Will clarifying that he was finally over her ex-fiancé, Natalie Manning ( Torrey DeVitto ) and didn’t want her back in his life.
