Holidate  Updates: Emma Roberts of American Horror Story is looking for a date this Christmas – she’s already in her latest film. The main shoot began in May 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. The first school of the film was created by Dan the Automator.

The actress is appearing on a future Netflix holiday giving Holidate as a distrustful Sloane and the only “only one left” in her family, much to the shock of her mother.

The recently released trailer, which you can check out above, jokes about what happened when Sloane turned to Jackson (played by Home and Away star and Point Break Luke Bracey) to help him avoid this difficult situation of “Why are you still single?”

They agreed to be “non-sexual” Holidays with each other, which means they go to parties together all year round, from Valentine’s Day to New Year’s Eve, which they say they have never experienced.

But it doesn’t seem to be as easy as it sounds, as Sloane soon realizes that he is starting to like Jackson.

The movie also stars former Glee and Descendants actress Kristin Chenoweth and Grey’s Anatomy of Jessica Capshaw.

But while Emma’s love life is so complex on-screen, it’s a very different story on screen.

The star confirmed last month that she is expecting her first child, a boy, and her partner Garrett Hedlund.

She shared a photo of her baby bump on Instagram next to her and Garrett laughing.

The Holidate comes to Netflix on October 28th.

The American Horror story broadcast on FX in the US. Find the series 1-8 on Netflix, and 1-9 seasons available for purchase & stream on Amazon Prime Video.
