Deca-Dence Season 2 Updates: In the summer 2020 big hits undoubtedly Deca-Dence would be the one, with its post-apocalyptic theme has managed to receive great support from the audience. This show made its comparisons with Attack of Titan, the fans waiting for the Monster fighting theme similar to Attack of Titan ones have got much more to that, with the end of season 1, from the success achieved by the network, can be expected to have another sequel to this amine series. Though this show became very popular in Japan and gained success it is still hard to expect season 2.
The amine is popular enough for a follow-up but the final episode of season 1 has not left any room for the sequel, and the second season doesn’t wholly make sense. Tying up the major loose ends and the show ends up in a pretty satisfactory way.
Deca-Dence Season 2: Update
In the recent interview, Yuzuru Tachikawa, the director of the show, gives a ray of hope, he says that he is thrilled to see Deca-Dence reaching a large amount of audience, and also remarks that there would be a possibility for the next season conditioning, if there is a way to express something new in a different way, which means not completely promising for the sequel but not a straight no. though the interview was given before airing of the final episode, so there is still a chance of changing his mind.
The ending of the show leaves the audience completely not aspiring for season 2 and there would be no real need for it but one can expect an OVA, movie, or a spin-off depending on the Deca-Dence popularity. There can be a slice-of-life excursion into the character lives post episode 12.
At present, there is no official news of the 2nd season but is better for the Deca-Dence for not getting their hopes high, but to feel happy that the show has ended on a proper note and satisfactory.
