The storyline for Boruto: Naruto Next Generations
Boruto: Naruto Next Generation is a Japanese anime series adapted from manga sharing a similar name. The series’ writer is Ukyo Kodachi while the illustration work is done by Mikio Ikemoto. The story traces the life of Boruto, who confronts his enemy Kawaki.
Boruto is very angry with his father Naruto, as he always considered the village above his family. Eventually, Naruto is kidnapped by Momoshiki and Kinshiki and is saved by none other than his son, Boruto.
Boruto decides to become like his role model and his mentor Sasuke. Eventually, Boruto becomes Tento’s bodyguard. Tento gets abducted by Mujina, a group of bandits.
Boruto saves him while Mujina’s leader explores Boruto’s karma mark. There is a group of people Kara looking for people with Karma marks.
Boruto then teams up with a Kara fugitive, who is later taken as an Uzumaki. But gradually, Boruto gets defeated, and owing to the Karma mark, he gets possessed by Momoshiki.
After this defeat, Sasuke digs deeper into Karma users and finds that they are taken over by the Otsutsuki clan. Furthermore, revelations occur where Kara’s real leader is Isshiki Otsutsuki, who possessed Jigen. In the end, Koji kills Jigen and Isshiki reincarnates.
