Black Widow’s New Trailer Shows High-speed Chase Starring Scarlett Johansson

Black Widow Updates: A new teaser is out for Black Widow that is a new outing from Marvel studiosa and has is starring Scarlett Johansson and Cate Shortland. The teaser was first unveiled during MTV Movie & TV Awards on Sunday.

The trailer shows Scarlett who plays Natasha Romanoff and Florence Pugh who plays Yelena Belova  seen cruising the streets of Budapest riding a BMW X3 and are chased by a woman on a dirt motorcycle who cannot be seen as her face is covered by a helmet.

Development on Black Widow film first began in April 2004 by Lionsgate, with David Hayter on the project. The movie did not initiate and the film rights to the character were given to Marvel Studios in June 2006.

Johansson was played the role for several MCU films initially in Iron Man 2 which came in 2010. Schaeffer and Shortland were recruited in 2018 and then Benson and Pearson were added. Filming was done in several places from May to October in Norway, Budapest, Morocco and many more.

The woman on the motorcycle is firing bullets at them as the two are cruising and trying to escape. Yelena asks Natasha if she has any plan to escape, to which she replies saying her plan was to drive. Yelena forces Natasha to spin the car while she kicks out the passenger door giving a critical hit to the biker. The biker falls down.

Ending of the clip we see Natasha making a J-turn and driving off.

The timeline of the film is as follows as it take place in the two years between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. The film is a exploration of the character Black Widow reconciling with her roots.

Several new characters are to be introduced and have important roles in her life before she ever was an Avenger. It is still not clear that in which mission Natasha will reunite with Yelena and Melina Vostokoff.

Earlier, Black widow the film was set to release on April 30, 2020 in India, but the release was halted as due to coronavirus pandemic. As of now it is scheduled to hit the cinemas and on Disney+ in July this year.

The movie  is exclusive and can only be watched using theatre or premier access on Disney + which means that a user has to pay for monthly subscription.
