BTS Jin Shares a Shaved Head Picture Before Enlistment.

Kim Seok Jin, famously known as Jin is one of the members of the world-famous South Korean boy group BTS. He is the eldest of all the members and is soon going to join the military services. BTS is a seven-member group that includes Jin, Jimin, V, RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jungkook.

On December 11, BTS Jin shared a picture of himself with shaved hair on Weverse. The picture showed his new haircut which he had done for military enlistment.

The picture was added with a caption, “Hehehehe it’s cuter than I expected.” As per reports before serving in the military, Jin will undergo five weeks of basic training. Earlier at the beginning of the month, BTS’s agency BigHit Entertainment passed an official statement regarding the enlistment of Jin.

They said that there will be no official event held on the day of the requirement. BigHit Entertainment requested fans not to gather at the recruiting place as it could be dangerous for them.

They stated, “We kindly encourage fans not to attend the place in order to avoid any potential crowding-related problems. Instead, we urge that you savor these sentimental words of encouragement and goodbye in your hearts.”

According to the Conscription in South Korea that has existed since 1957, it requires male citizens of the nation between the ages of 18 and 35 to perform compulsory military service. The singer, Jin turned 30 on December 4, so as a result, he has to complete his military enlistment before the completion of a certain age.

He is the first member from BTS to go for military enlistment, the rest of the members will also complete their enlistment as per their planning.

Jin will be going for military enlistment on December 13. Jin has recently made his official solo debut as an artist in October 2022, with the release of the single “The Astronaut“. Kim’s debut independent song, the digital single “Tonight,” was released in 2019.

According to data gathered by analytics firm Gallup Korea in 2019, Kim was ranked as the 13th most popular idol overall and sixth among girls between the ages of 13 and 19 in South Korea.

Coldplay and Kim performed the song “The Astronaut” live together in Buenos Aires in October as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour; the concert was televised live to theaters in more than 70 countries.
