BTS’ Jimin to Feature In BigBang’s Taeyang Album?

Jimin is one of the members of the famous South Korean boy group BTS while Taeyang is a South Korean singer, songwriter, dancer, and a member of the boy group Big Bang. There have been rumors circulating that Jimin is going to feature in Taeyang’s upcoming album.

According to the reports given by JTBC, BTS members and Big Bang members are going to work together on an upcoming album. Both are well-known groups in the music industry of South Korea.

The same day the agency of Big Bang, YG Entertainment, responded to the rumors circulating regarding the collaboration of Jimin and Taeyang. The agency said, “We are currently checking (whether it’s true).”

Although the agency of BTS, BigHit Entertainment has not given a word related to this news. If the news is true, then this collaboration will be among one the most famous collaborations in the music industry of South Korea.

With BTS, Jimin has released three solo songs: “Lie” in 2016, “Serendipity” in 2017, and “Filter” in 2020. All of these songs have achieved success on the Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea.

He co-wrote and co-composed the digital music “Promise,” which served as his debut independent song and was released in 2018. He sang “With You,” a duet with Ha Sung-Woon, which was the soundtrack for the 2022 TV drama Our Blues.

He was the first idol to spend 34 straight months at the top of the boy group idols’ brand reputation ranking in October 2021. He is also the only idol to have topped the overall ranking for three years in a row.
