Hellhole is a story of love, grief, sorrow, and karma that spans two generations. The narrative starts in Hong Kong in the 1970s. Ke Ying, who is expecting, learns that her spouse is seeing someone else. Her spouse leaves her in the hospital. A female ghost chases her as she gives birth and tries to kill the unborn child.

Ke Ying makes the decision to give her life up to keep her kid safe. She gives birth to a boy before jumping from a building to end her life. Ke Ying has actually been drugged. Her husband Zhen Ye and his lover Man Ping created this trap for her.

Accidentally, Zhen Ye passes away, leaving behind Man Ping and his kid. In a university medical school that is set to be destroyed, a group of early-twenties medical students encountered ghosts at midnight and are now being killed by spirits.

The ghost is Hao Ming, Ke Ying’s son. He was born without parents and has led a difficult existence. He is intelligent and has excelled as a medical student.
