Dark Winds Season 2 is an American psychological thriller television show. Created by Graham Roland it is based on the Leaphorn and Chee novel series by Tony Hillerman. The first season ( consisting of 6 episodes) premiered on AMC and AMC+ on 12th June 2022. Its running time is around 44 to 49 minutes.
Starring – Zahn McClarnon, Kiowa Gordon, Deanna Allison, Jessica Matten, Jeremiah Bitsui, Rainn Wilson, Elva Guerra, Noah Emmerich, Eugene Brave Rock.
The series follows two Navajo police officers, Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee in the 1070′ s southwest who are forced to challenge their own spiritual beliefs when they search for clues in a double murder case. The first season is primarily based on listening to the Woman and parts of People of Darkness.
The episode 1 overview is – (Monster Slayer) Which was released on 12th June 2022, ‘Navajo Tribal Policeman Joe Leaphorn must have solved a series of crimes, then he partners with new deputy Jim Chee, who is back on the reservation for the first time since he was a child, and then together they face down evil forces, both earthly and supernatural.
The episode 2 overview is- It is released on 19th June 2022. (The Male Rain Approaches) ‘Leaphorn and Chee interview the surviving witness to the Big Rock Motel murders, Chee meets with the coroner, but the cause of death remains a mystery, Sgt. Manuelito makes a chilling discovery of her own.
The Dark Winds Season 2 Update-
It is released on 26th June, 2022.’Leaphorn’s niece celebrates her Kinaalda as Leaphorn retrieves the bodies of the murder victims, And Manuelito and Chee investigate the whereabouts of the missing Mormon family’.
The episode 4 overview is- It is going to be on-premises on July 3, 2022. ‘Leaphorn suspects all of the crimes on the reservation are related, and there is a big break in the case, Leaphorn invites Chee over for dinner, and Manuelito makes a discovery of her own.
