Creature’ – Turkish Horror Series Arriving on Netflix recreates ‘Frankenstein’. Netflix has released an official trailer for Creature, a thrilling new Turkish series based on Mary Shelly’s novel.
This Turkish adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic Frankenstein novel is set many years ago during the Ottoman Empire. Çagan Irmak’s series delves at one of humanity’s most fundamental questions: “death and beyond.”
Ziya, a curious, rebellious, and eager young medical student, dreams of becoming a good physician and curing numerous diseases for which medicine has yet to find a cure.
His journey crosses with that of Ihsan, a fellow physician who walks the delicate line between genius and madness. On the other hand, these two separated, wounded people will be paying the price for the restricted experiment they were bold enough to carry out.
As an adult, Ziya moved to a far-off village to pursue his studies in medicine around the start of the 20th century.
Here, he stands out for his method and skill, so his teacher encourages him to cooperate with a genius.
Things go awry in the laboratory one day, and Ziya, refusing his mentor’s cautions, pulls him back to life.
The Creature, always hiding from humans and a fan of the dark, searches for Ziya. The ancient encryption they’ve tried to crack might cause all hell to burst free.

Taner Olmez, a Turkish star, plays Ziya, a young medical student who hopes to one day discover a treatment for infectious diseases.
Erkan Kolçak Köstendil, a talented Turkish actor, plays Hsan, a medical doctor who performed a forbidden experiment on Ziya.

The first season has a total of eight episodes. However, the duration of each episode still needs to be made clear.
