What Is the Plot of the In Love and Deep Water?

Suguru is a devoted butler on a downright luxurious cruise ship and he enjoys his work – but his humble life is turned upside down when he comes across Chizuru, a woman who claims that their respective partners (both Suguru and Chizuru) are on the verge of cheating and infidelity.
Chizuru tries to convince Suguru that they both must stop the cruise and return to Japan to stop their partners. Things however, get ugly when one night, both of them (in addition to five other passengers) witness a dead body floating in the rooftop pool.
As things get darker, Suguru is the only one who seems rather disturbed by this incident as the others pretend nothing happened but this doesn’t stop Suguru from trying to uncover the mystery of the unexplained murder. In the process of uncovering the truth, Suguru and Chizuru find themselves drawn to each other.

Who Stars In this Murder-Myster Rom-Com?
The movie’s main protagonists are Yoshizawa Ryo, who plays the role of Suguru Ubukta. The Japanese actor is renowned for his role as Ryusei Sakura aka Kamen Rider Meteor in the Kamen Rider franchise. He has also worked in the live-action adaptation of Tokyo Revengers.
Miyazaki Aoi plays the role of Chizuru Banjaku, the female lead of the movie. Miyazaki is known for lending her voice talent to animes like Wolf-Children, Lonely Castle in the Mirror, Colorful, etc.
For Japanese dramas, she is known for her roles as Aiko Maki in Rage, and Sachhiko Kita in Harmful Insect.
