The Fast & Furious franchise began almost 20 years ago, and now, with the release of Fast X, the 10th chapter, the high-octane journey is finally coming to a conclusion.
Fans, however, need not fret since the conclusion to this bigger-than-life action franchise clearly calls for more than one film to finish up the tales of its numerous recurring characters.
Vin Diesel, who has been a part of the series from its inception, has confirmed that a Fast X sequel is in the process.
“After this incredible summer, I will have the privilege of coming to you in 2025 for Part 2,” he declared at CinemaCon 2023.

What is the release date for Fast X: Part 2?
Vin Diesel has confirmed that the second installment of Fast X, the 11th edition of the franchise, would be released on April 4, 2025.
The star revealed the details on his personal Instagram account. He revealed that we are only 22 months away from Fast X: Part 2.

What will be the plot of Fast X: Part 2?
We are unaware of the narrative of the film yet, however, several characters’ fates remain unknown following the dramatic finale of Fast X.
But we do know where portions of the film will take place: in an interview with Joe, director Louis Leterrier hinted that the franchise may be heading to Ireland. And, that the film will continue right where it left off.

What was Fast X: Part 1 all about?
Fast X: Part 2 will not be released in theatres for a while, however, the previous chapter has recently been released.
Fast X promises speed, large automobiles, and fantasy cities like Rome, Brazil, London, and Los Angeles.
The plot shifts back in time to reintroduce one of the individuals from the last part, the son of drug king Hernan Reyes.
Dante has been plotting his vengeance ever since his father’s death and has organized a plan to assassinate Dom’s son.

Is there going to be another movie after Fast X: Part 2?
Although this film was presumably intended to be the end of the Fast story, Diesel believes that the prospect of a third Fast X chapter hasn’t been completely discarded.
“When we were making this film, the production company asked if it might make for a two-parter,” Diesel explained on the red carpet at the Fast X premiere. “And once the production team saw this, Part 1, they requested, ‘Could you make Fast X, the final installment in a trilogy?’ So there is a possibility that we might have another movie.
