Meghan Markle and Prince Harry arrive hand-in-hand in Germany for the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry came together at the countdown celebration for the 2018 Invictus Games, which took place on Tuesday in Düsseldorf, Germany. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, both known for their impeccable taste in fashion, made a stunning appearance together.

As they made their way down the red carpet and posed for photographs, Meghan and Harry were beaming happily. The ceremony marked the beginning of the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games, an international athletic event for wounded, injured, and ill military people and veterans launched in 2014 by Prince Harry.

The city in Germany will play host to the Invictus Games between September 9 and September 16 in 2023.

Meghan Markle attended the event on Tuesday wearing a pair of beige high-rise flared slacks and an ivory ribbed knit sleeveless turtleneck top. Her look was both casual and stylish. She finished off her appearance by applying a little layer of makeup and tying her hair in a loose bun.

At the One Young World meeting that was hosted in Manchester, both Meghan and Harry presented themselves in an imposing manner. While Harry opted for a more traditional look by wearing a suit in navy blue, Meghan’s all-red ensemble gave off strong boss woman vibes.

The two attended a meeting with local authorities and possible contestants for the Invictus Games, which Harry founded in 2014 as a means to provide assistance to injured military members and veterans. The games are scheduled to take place in 2018. In 2017, when Meghan and Harry made their first public appearance together, they attended the event jointly and it was hailed as their first official appearance.

Markle was born in Los Angeles and reared there. Her acting career started at Northwestern University, and her most notable film role was as Rachel Zane in the American TV legal drama Suits for seven seasons (2011-2018).

She also established a presence on social media. This includes The Tig’s (2014-2017) lifestyle blog, which drew attention to her design sense and resulted in developing and launching two clothing collections in 2015-2016.

During The Tig, Markle got interested in charitable activities, mainly focusing on women’s problems and social justice. She married Trevor Engelson, an American film producer, from 2011 until their divorce in 2013.
